American Eagle Financial Credit Union Awards Class of 2018 - American Eagle Financial Credit Union Awards Class of 2018

American Eagle Financial Credit Union awarded the graduating class of 2018 at 13 high schools with a $250 contribution to each of the school’s Project Graduation Program, totaling $3,250.

The schools included Bloomfield, Cromwell, East Hampton, Manchester, East Catholic, Plainville, RHAM, Southington, South Windsor, Tolland, Vernon/Rockville, and West Hartford (Conard and Hall).

“The Credit Union is a long-time supporter of Project Graduation initiatives and an advocate of financial education for young adults,” said Credit Union President & CEO Dean Marchessault. “We congratulate the Senior Class of 2018 and send our best wishes as they embark on college and enter the workforce,” added Marchessault.

Live Radio Remote to Promote Financial Literacy for Students
KISS 95.7 FM held a live radio remote with DJ Jagger to promote financial literacy on July 2nd from 3-7p.m. at the Credit Union’s South Windsor branch. This was the culmination of “Graduation Week” in which students could bring a copy of their diploma to any AEFCU branch and get $50 into a new or existing Checking account. A $25 Graduation Gift offer is ongoing for Class of 2018 high school and college graduates.
