Nutmeg State Volunteers at Channel 3 Kids Camp Telethon
Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union was the primary sponsor for the recent Channel 3 Kids Camp Telethon. Over a dozen staff participated by answering phones and helping to raise money for the camp. The year-round kid’s camp serves over 3000 kids annually, regardless of economic, physical, or developmental ability. Nutmeg matched donations from callers resulting in a $10,000 donation which brought the telethon total to over $86,000! Nutmeg will continue to support the Kids Camp throughout the year.
